The location was excellent, and all of the staff were just wonderful. Very clean and tidy, our room was beautiful a very lovely stay. Would definitely recommend to all travellers.

Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

Incredible staff and owners. Went out of their way to accomodate our needs, including letting us check in early, check out late, organising an early breakfast for us when we had planned to go on a cycle tour (which they also arranged for us) and sorting out cars to and from the station/airport. The location was excellent, the room was clean and new, the bed was super comfy, the villa was overall a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful little gem, 10 minutes walk from the old town. Well appointed, great sized rooms with comfortable beds and lovely staff. Good breakfast made daily too! Can’t recommend it enough!

Relaxing Bonsai sanctuary a perfect distance away from the crazy Hoi An old town.

Relaxing and homely place in a quieter residential part of Hoi an. Wonderful balcony and bonsai trees. And cute little dogs.

Excellent property with lovely owner

This is the second time we've stayed at Bonsai Villa, and once again we had an outstanding stay. The rooms are clean, functional and cleaned regularly. The selection for breakfast is great, we were even given samples of some unfamiliar food to try along with our ordered breakfast. The staff are lovely, extremely helpful and friendly, and the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She helped us arrange excursions, and get our laundry done. The room service menu also offers delicious pizzas that come quickly. Bonsai villa is just a 10 minute walk into the heart of Hoi An, and there is a small supermarket, some spas, bars and restaurants very close by. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

I liked to location. It is very close to the old town but in a quiet area. I travelled alone og felt safe going home alone in the night/evening.

I was a bit dissapointed with the breakfast.

Very comfortable bed and room, lovely staff, free bikes, location 10 min walk from centre - this was a bonus; the Villa was in a quiet residential area.

Nice big room with a good bathroom and fridge. Lovely breakfast, helpful staff. Free bikes.

It's personal but we were very disturbed by the distressed bird in a tiny cage.

Staff were lovely and grounds were nice. It was a fairly quiet location although a rooster liked to wake us up. Breakfast was very good.

We were on the ground floor and we had to pull a curtain on the only natural light in order to have.privacy. We recommend getting an upper floor.

Exceptional

The staff Autumn and Hip were so wonderful and caring. They made our stay so lovely. The trees were such a peaceful ambiace to be around, and it was nice to be in a quiet part of town but still close to Old Quarter. The pool is pristine and everything else was clean and well kept. We also booked a couple great tours through this place as well. I hope we can come again!
